I have selected Agoda for creating its Hierarchical Task Inventory. Agoda is one of the online booking website that I frequently use to book hotels. The task of booking a room is mainly focused in this task structure. At the beginning, you have to enter a place or a property, dates and group type to do the basic search. This search design is efficient because necessary info is requested at once. Next, when you get to the search results page, you can either scroll and browse the page or use the advanced filters at the left side of the webpage to receive the results which more suit your need. Then, when you find out the room you want to book, you can add it to cart or directly proceed to check out. After you complete the check out process, a confirmation email with order number will be sent to your email. Generally, the booking process is efficient and easy to learn and all the tasks are basically covered. I suggest that the destinations or properties can be entered in the search field which allow users to search the hotels more precisely at the beginning.
